Rates 2019 You can rent the 4-person chalet from 1 July 2019. In the following periods we only rent the chalet for whole weeks with arrival and departure on Saturday: Summer vacation 06/07/2019 to 31/08/2019 Autumn vacation 12 -10-2019 to 26-10-2019 In the other weeks, a long weekend or a midweek is also possible.
Conditions These rates include 9% VAT per night for the entire chalet. The mandatory cleaning costs are € 50.00 and the deposit for the inventory is € 200.00. Within 14 days after departure you will receive the deposit back, if the chalet has been delivered correctly. In addition, there is a mandatory contribution of € 3.65 pppn that you pay to the park for the use of the park facilities and. Children up to 2 years are free. You pay the total amount of this contribution upon arrival at the reception. After your booking you will receive a booking confirmation with more information about the payment. As a deposit you pay 40% of the entire rental amount. We are happy to receive this deposit within 8 days of the date of dispatch of the booking confirmation. After the deposit, your reservation is only final. The remainder of 60% must be paid six weeks prior to arrival. Reservations made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in one go. We also ask you to complete a rental agreement. We send this agreement to the reception so that your stay is known there and everything is ready when you arrive. We advise you to take out cancellation insurance, otherwise the costs will be for your own account in the event of cancellation. Upon arrival at the campsite you can check in at the reception between 2 and 5 p.m. You can then check in via the intercom until 8 p.m. after you have reported this by telephone before 5 p.m. You must be able to show the rental agreement that you enter in advance on paper or digitally. Here, after registration in the guest register and payment of the camping fee, an information package and regulations are offered and you receive the key to the chalet with a barcode card for the barrier. Every guest at the park is expected to have taken note of the rules and to comply with them. Identification when staying at the park is mandatory. Pets are not allowed in the chalet and in the park. Smoking is not allowed in the chalet. Wifi is available for free. You will find the WiFi code in the chalet. On the day of arrival we advise you to read the house rules that are present in the information folder in the chalet. On the day of departure you must check out before 10 am and leave the chalet tidy.
